Shipping Methods

We offer three main delivery options:

• Nova Poshta International – fast and reliable postal delivery to most European countries.
• Ukrposhta International – economical postal delivery available for Europe and worldwide destinations.
• Courier Delivery (Address Delivery) – door-to-door international courier service to most countries worldwide. Faster than standard postal services and includes tracking.

Processing Time

Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time may vary during holidays or high-volume periods.

Shipping Time

Shipping time depends on your country and selected delivery method. Average delivery time:

• Nova Poshta International: 5–14 business days
• Ukrposhta International: 7–21 business days
• Courier Delivery (Address Delivery): 5–21 business days, depending on destination

Shipping Cost

• Nova Poshta International: 17 USD (fixed cost for most destinations)
• Ukrposhta International: 17 USD (fixed cost for most destinations)
• Courier Delivery (Address Delivery): 17 USD (fixed cost for most destinations)

Customs & Import Fees

Some countries may apply customs duties or import taxes according to local regulations. These fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your parcel on the websites of Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, courier services, or your local postal provider.
