Conditions for Exchange or Return of Goods
According to Article 9 of the Law "On Consumer Rights Protection," goods of proper quality (without defects) can be exchanged or returned to the store no later than 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the purchased goods and packaging are preserved:
- The goods have not been used and show no signs of wear — scratches, chips, scuffs, etc.
- The goods are complete and the factory packaging is preserved.
- All labels and factory markings are preserved.
- The goods maintain their commercial appearance and consumer properties.
Procedure for Returning Goods of Proper Quality
- Call the provided number and inform us of your intention to return the purchased goods.
- Send the goods to us via a carrier, paying for its services.
- Provide the shipment tracking number and bank card number (or another option) for the refund.
- After receiving and checking the package for compliance with return conditions, we will refund your money or send another product within three working days.

All carrier services or money transfer fees are covered by us.
Exchange and return of goods can be done through Nova Poshta or any other carrier.
Refunds are made after receiving the goods.
Refunds are issued to a bank card or via cash transfer at logistics service offices.
Refunds are processed within 3 days from the moment the seller receives the package at the logistics service office.
We cover delivery costs only if the goods are of improper quality. If the goods are of proper quality, all costs are borne by the buyer.

Refund
If you return the product in accordance with the above conditions, the funds will be refunded in the same way as the payment was made. The refund period is up to 14 business days from the date of receipt and inspection of the returned product.
Replacement
If you find defects in the purchased product or it does not work, you need to provide it to our store (always with the invoice). After checking, if the damage is manufacturing, you can exchange the product for another of the same type or we will refund your money.
If during the warranty period the goods you bought from us fail due to the manufacturer's fault and cannot be repaired, we will exchange the goods for a similar one or refund your money. As for the deviation of the order from the invoice due to our fault, we will definitely send you the goods that are not. We will pay for the delivery.
