Warranty, exchange, and returns

We provide a 1-year manufacturer's warranty on our products.

Return
According to Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection", goods of proper quality (without defects) can be exchanged or returned to the store within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase, if the following conditions are met:

• all documents for the product are present (instructions, warranty card, receipt or sales receipt confirming the purchase);
• the product appearance is preserved, i.e. all labels, packaging, stickers and other accessories of the product remain unchanged.

Refund

If you return the product in accordance with the above conditions, the funds will be refunded in the same way as the payment was made. The refund period is up to 14 business days from the date of receipt and inspection of the returned product.

Replacement
If you find defects in the purchased product or it does not work, you need to provide it to our store (always with the invoice). After checking, if the damage is manufacturing, you can exchange the product for another of the same type or we will refund your money.

If during the warranty period the goods you bought from us fail due to the manufacturer's fault and cannot be repaired, we will exchange the goods for a similar one or refund your money. As for the deviation of the order from the invoice due to our fault, we will definitely send you the goods that are not. We will pay for the delivery.
